- The review is conducted on-site and is non-intrusive
- Upon completion of our review, a "review summary" is provided to you. When claims have been approved and, our invoices paid in full, we provide: a copy of the claims that were submitted for your records
- Our fee is paid when the claims have been approved & you receive your cheques/credits (this means our fee never comes out of your budget - it comes from found money)
- We represent you in all communication with the appropriate tax authorities at no additional cost
