The Entire Review is conducted on site Our consultants will do the entire review on location. We tailor our schedules to allow each consultant ample time to complete the entire review on-site. Once the review is completed, the consultant immediately files your claim with the local taxation office. Our consultants will never send your files to another location in order to have someone else complete your claim! Beware of consultants that send the documents off-site; the reason they are doing that is in order to have someone else complete and file the claims because they do not have enough time to complete the work themselves and are being rushed to head off to their next job! This can seriously impact the quality of your claims! Think about it....if your consultant is being rushed, how confident are you in the service that is being provided? There are specific instances where removing certain files are absolutely necessary. This is to facilitate the review of the rebate applications by government agencies. For certain claims, it is required that we submit original documents with the application for refund - in this situation, the consultant will discuss this with you prior to removing any documentation. The consultant will also: make sure copies are left in your office for your auditors to review and for future reference (CRA will return these originals directly to the band as soon as they have finished with the claim).

Our review is tailored in such a way that allows our consultants to complete the review at any time throughout the year (even if the band's auditors have not yet been scheduled). Rest assured, once the review is complete, all documentation will be returned exactly as they were found.
